General 

  1. Bainisteoir® Board Game is subject to availability.
  2. Please decide before ordering if the game is suitable for your needs.
  3. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our websites with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. We are human after all and mistakes are sometimes made! We will do our very best not to make any!

 

Payment & Prices 

  1. Our advertised prices include delivery charges. The price of the goods may be change from time to time as a result of market conditions. 
  2. We accept payment by credit or debit card and we aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days.
  3. If the game does not arrive or is incomplete or damaged when you open it, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt or expected delivery by contacting us at info@bainisteoirboardgame.ie. If you have to return the game, please follow the process set out in the Returns section below.
  4. After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

 

Returns 

  1. If faulty goods are to be returned to us you must contact Customer Services within 48 hours of your delivery by emailing info@bainisteoirboardgame.ie
  2. We are not liable if the items that you have ordered, arrive exactly as requested, but are incorrect for the use you have intended. We always endeavour to send the exact items which have been ordered. 

 

Guarantee and Liability 

  1. We shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you might suffer arising from our delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfil any of the obligations under these Terms, to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
